I’m Mia Toska, an energy coach, spiritual teacher, and lifelong animal advocate devoted to helping others release energetic heaviness, remember their light, and return to the sacred rhythm of their soul.

Through Sacred Energy Coaching, I offer deeply intuitive one-on-one sessions, soul-centered coaching containers, and monthly group activations that weave together energy clearing, spiritual healing, and divine alignment. My work honors the truth that your energy field is sacred—and when nourished, it becomes a powerful pathway to healing and transformation.

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about clearing what doesn’t belong, healing what’s ready to release, and awakening the radiant light that’s always lived within you.

With over 25 years of experience, I hold space for those walking through spiritual awakening, emotional healing, or deep soul realignment. I also lead Sacred Energy Circles, Full Moon Activations, and Sacred Rose Teachings—each offering crafted to help you embody your truth, connect with the Divine, and live from your highest vibration.

 

As an animal advocate, I extend my healing work to include shelter animals, rescue missions, and energy healing for animals in need. My heart is especially devoted to street dogs in Albania, where I support wellness care, food, and spiritual protection for these sacred souls. Animals are not separate from our healing—they are part of our collective return to compassion and harmony.
